Privacy policy

This site belongs to R.C. Frazier Consulting. This page explains what information the site collects and what I do with it. The short version: I collect only what you choose to send me, I use it only to reply to you, and I don't sell or share it for marketing.

The contact form

When you send a message, the form collects your name, company, email address, phone number if you give one, project type, timeline, and message. It's delivered to my business inbox so I can reply. I keep these messages as normal business email and don't add you to any mailing list.

To deliver the message, the form uses these service providers:

• Cloudflare hosts this site and runs Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is sending the form.
• Resend sends the form message by email to my inbox.
• Microsoft 365 hosts my business email.

Booking a call

The "Book an intro call" link opens Microsoft Bookings. Information you enter there is handled by Microsoft under Microsoft's privacy statement and comes to me so I can hold the meeting.

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other sites, and doesn't identify you personally.

Fonts

This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers to download them. Google receives your IP address as part of that request. See Google Fonts privacy.

Cookies

This site doesn't set cookies for tracking or advertising. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security, such as bot protection.

Your choices

You can ask me to show you, correct, or delete what you've sent me. Use the contact form and I'll take care of it.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
